1º"...a series of gigantic dome-like hotels resembling the moon..." Does that mean the resorts will have no air or water and almost no gravity? Doesn't sound like much of a resort to me. Of course, being in Dubai, they already have the lack of water part of that covered. I have been to Dubai, several times. The temperature gets up around 135 degrees. It can also be surprisingly humid. All in all, Dubai isn't the sort of a place that a sane person would choose to go to as a "resort", unless they planned to spend their entire vacation indoors, where it is air conditioned. I still remember the first time I ever went to Dubai. On my way into town in a cab we passed a dead camel by the side of the highway which had been hit by a Lamborghini and I thought to myself, "that really sums up Dubai".
