Our justice system failed her as he had done this before. It's so sad that these predators live among us! I am a runner and have been for years and i have had a few close calls. That is my time being outdoors with nature and my Lord. It is very peaceful being out there so I know why she was out by herself. Its a sad sick world and that is sad for womem every where. We should be able to run down the road naked and NO ONE should ever be able to touch us!!!
2ºSusan Thoren doesn't change the fact criminals don't follow laws. Again thr strict gun laws in the country are chicago and New York yet they have high gun crimes. Then look at Texas, where normal Law bidding citizens carry guns, they stop criminals. Do you know how many mass shooters have been stopped by citizens that carry this year alone? Over 60 times someone carrying end a threat of mass shooting before they could kill people. Let me give you a percentage of what that means 94% of mass shooter are stopped before they can kill many. The other 6% is made up of things like Chicago, school shooting etc. Armed law bidding citizen are a key defence against mass shooting. 6 minutes plus is a police response time. In 6 minutes you and many more are dead. Yet if someone can shoot back at a attacker, those few second to few minutes allow people to escape, hide, and allow police to get there.
