Justice Amy Coney Barrett denies attempt to block Biden student loan forgiveness plan from taking effect

Justice Amy Coney Barrett rejected a challenge to the Biden administration’s student loan forgiveness program. The order is a win for President Joe Biden for now, though there are other challenges in the pipeline making their way up to the high court.

Steven Schwartz Yup. One of the top wealthiest individuals in my county got a substantial PPP loan. His business is seasonal. I also notice he contributes a great deal to the Republican party and Republican candidates. So they get his vote and a lot of money. All Democrats get with these kind of policies is some votes and if lucky a few 5-$20.00 donations. Two other beneficiaries in my region one submitted for a bogus company no longer in business. Another did not keep employees on payroll. Democrats had to battle for the ability to monitor recipients or it would be a lot worse.

Daniel Wayne So it's not right for my student loans to be forgiven yet it was just fine I put combat boots on, a Kevlar, and left my kids in P.R to serve in the Army for your freedom to speak?. Cry me a river. The G.I Bill only pays for so much and it sure as hell didn't pay for this Master's degree my job requires me to have. Not all borrowers got student loans because they just didn't feel like paying. Some like myself served in the military to help pay for school and still didn't have enough to pay for their tuition.

The CDC's decision to add the COVID-19 vaccine to the list of recommended childhood vaccines without publicizing clinical trial data could cause "unintended harm," Johns Hopkins School of Medicine professor Dr. Marty Makary said Thursday, warning that the move will further fuel vaccine hesitancy surrounding childhood immunizations.
The CDC's advisory committee on Immunization Practices voted unanimously Thursday to approve the agency's new recommended immunization schedules for adults and children for 2023, which includes vaccination for COVID-19 for children as early as six months old. This should give another reason for a mid-term RED wave!
The addition of the COVID vaccine marks the first of its kind to be added to the CDC's list without offering clinical data to support its benefit, Makary told "America Reports." While the vote does not serve as official policy, the CDC's recommendations does have a wide influence on how states decide which vaccinations to require for children to attend school, the Fox News medical contributor said

Marie Anderson Whoa. I finally paid off my college loans not until I retired, my sister shortly before she passed away. On a few occasions, I was laid off or position not funded they were deferred and compounded. And it is true you pay forever and ever and watch the balance grow instead of diminish. Even when paid off I was given a final bill for some nonsense large fee. Of all the various loans out there, they are the most predatory. I have no resentment whatsoever should anyone get some little relief / reduction/ break on them. I sometimes worked several jobs, lazy liberal that I am.

Chip Ziegler though this country they say we have freedom of religion that is absolutely false think about the Massachusetts which hangings though that happened in the 1600s in Massachusetts Massachusetts under British law Even after the United States became the United States many deemed that religion as wrong and persecuted many for being pagan and still do to this day now if she's using her religion in the supreme Court she should be able to according to the law that was set of freedom of religion she should be able to express her own beliefs as well as the voice of this country and the beliefs of this country states that there is freedom of religion yeah we could go on days and days and days to painting this but the point is just cuz she's religious or not religious whatever the case may be I guarantee you is not the sole reason why she's making one decision after another in the supreme Court and before you ask no I'm not Republican I'm Democrat
