मनलो तुम ब्रिलियंट स्टूडेंट हो सरकारी या प्राइवेट स्कूलों मे पड़ने केलिए 5 lac रू लगेगा , तुम्हारे पास रू नही है तो तुम किया करोगे, पढ़ाई छोड़ दोगे या किसी की पास मदाद मांगोगे। कुसिका भी सहारा नही लोगो तो तुम बेकार हो जाओगे। कुसिसे भी मादद लेना वो जाति पात नही दरसाता है।

2ºToday, on 07.11.2022, the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India delivered its judgment on the issue of the reservation on ‘Economically Weeker Sections’, hereinafter called as ‘EWS’ and with the approval of such kind of reservation of ‘EWS’ by Apex Court, but don’t know that Hon’ble Apex Court have framed the definition/determination of an ‘EWS’ or not, because the word ‘reservation’ is a cancer for this country and various political parties of this country use ‘reservation’ concept for its political gain and to take ‘reservation’ opportunity some immoral and/or economically richest person or persons gains their wealth more and more.
So if the Hon’ble Apex Court is not define and/or determined the status of an ‘EWS’ then all such richest and/or who comes under the SC/ST/OBC and/or any other types of reservation, can misused and/or takes as another opportunity by ‘EWS’, besides getting the benefits of SC/ST/OBC reservation, but the genuine ‘EWS’ peoples will not gets such opportunity.
So there must be a specifications that who comes under SC/ST/OBC and/or any other types of reservation, such peoples, by any cost will not gets the benefits of ‘EWS’. If any such categories of peoples anyhow takes such benefits of ‘EWS’ by suppressing he/she/their actual status, then all such benefits of ‘EWS’ will be taken off and will be impose penalties and punishment, that peoples will not gets any such benefits and/or other benefits in future, if they suppressed their actual status and also they cannot eligible for any government facilities and/or jobs.
On the other hand to define and/or determine the ‘EWS’ categories, then the main criteria will be (1) the IT returns files of the candidates himself/herself/themselves and the IT returns of he/she/their parents and also if he/she/they belongs to a HUF then also the IT returns of such HUF, besides the parents, provided the such IT returns must be verified by the concerned authorities through the period of continuation of ‘EWS’ facilities and also after the completion of such ‘EWS’ facilities, if it is found any misappropriation, then, against such person or candidate must impose any strong punishable action or actions according to the Law, (2) No certificates, regarding the income of an ‘EWS’ candidate/s from any of the peoples representatives, like the Head of Gram Sabha/Panchayats/Councellor/MLA/MP will be entertained to determine an ‘EWS’, (3) a self declaration and a declaration by parents, through an Affidavit of a 1st Class Judicial Magistrate of a particular district from which the persons/candidates belongs to, that he/she/they are not comes under the categories of SC/ST/OBC and/or any other types of reservation (if any misappropriation will be found later on in such Affidavits, through out the period of such ‘EWS’ benefits continues and/or after that, then such candidate/s of ‘EWS’, the Advocate who identified such candidate and the Court/Magistrate, who approved such Affidavit must be answerable in writing to the concern authorities and if such answer will not be satisfactory, then they can face punishment according to Law of this country). Or,
Provided that if the ‘EWS’ for all the peoples, who comes under the General/SC/ST/OBC and/or any other types of reservation categories, then the only criteria will be and must be (1) the IT returns files of the candidates himself/herself/themselves and the IT returns of he/she/their parents and also if he/she/they belongs to a HUF then also the IT returns of such HUF, besides the parents, to determine an ‘EWS’, (2) No certificates, regarding the income of an ‘EWS’ candidate/s from any of the peoples representatives, like the Head of Gram Sabha/Panchayats/Councellor/MLA/MP will be entertained to determine an ‘EWS’.
