1ºआरक्षण देश के पिछङेपन की पहचान है। आजादी के बाद से अब तक यदि देश के सभी बच्चों को समान सुविधाओं के साथ समान शिक्षण संस्थानों में समान प्रकार की शिक्षाएं निश्चित रूप से सबको प्रदान की जाती तो आरक्षण की क्या आवश्यकता थी??? किन्तु केन्द्र तथा राज्यों की सरकारों की लापरवाही, अदूरदर्शिता तथा आमजन के प्रति उपेक्षा के कारण जनसाधारण के बच्चों को जानबूझकर अच्छी पढ़ाई से दूर रखा गया। निजीकरण तथा सामंतवादी प्रवृतियों को बढ़ावा दिया गया। जनसाधारण के बच्चों के लिए बेकार की सरकारी शिक्षण संस्थाओं को खुला रखा गया और अमीरों के बच्चों के लिए अच्छी शिक्षा देने वाले निजी स्कूलों को बढ़ावा दिया गया। अमीरों के बच्चों की तुलना में गरीबों के बच्चे नौकरी तथा उच्च तकनीक आधारित सेवाओं में कहीं टिक नहीं पाते हैं क्योंकि वे सरकारी स्कूलों के प्रोडक्ट हैं।ऐसी स्थिति में कहा जा सकता है कि व्यवस्था भेदभाव पूर्ण नीति पर काम करती रही है जो अन्याय है, अनर्थ है।
Reservation is the identity of the backwardness of the country. Since independence till now, if all the children of the country were definitely provided with equal facilities and the same type of education in the same educational institutions, then what was the need of reservation??? But due to the negligence, short-sightedness and neglect of the common people of the central and state governments, the children of the common people were deliberately kept away from good education. Privatization and feudal tendencies were encouraged. Unnecessary government educational institutions were kept open for the children of the masses and private schools with good education for the children of the rich were promoted. Compared to the children of the rich, the children of the poor are not able to survive in jobs and high-tech based services because they are products of government schools. In such a situation, it can be said that the system has been working on a discriminatory policy which is injustice, It's a disaster.
