1ºगरीबों को बड़ी राहत। आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के लिए 10 प्रतिशत आरक्षण बना रहेगा। सर्वोच्च न्यायालय की संवैधानिक पीठ ने संविधान संशोधन को सही ठहराया। कहा, इससे संविधान के बुनियादी ढांचे का उल्लंघन नहीं हुआ। असल में #EWS ही आरक्षण का सही पैमाना है और यही आधार होना चाहिए। आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर को ही #आरक्षण मिलना चाहिए। जाति के नाम पर दिया जाने वाला आरक्षण बंद होना चाहिए।

कलेक्टर अपने बेटे का फीस नही भरता क्योंकि वह SC/ST है...उस का चपरासी फीस भरता है क्योंकि वह सवर्ण है ।

Excellent decision..Cast based catagory must be removed as is only for political use now..same all can be accommodated in EWS otherwise how will creamy layer like Scamgress millionaire Kharge, Mayawati,etc not make its unfair use being first among equals by wealth n caste..in cities cast is finished..as education increases in Village will go to as part of people get educated..made big due British rule to break society..politics in cast must be not used either..it is unfair..such politicians must be procecuted..by law..NO RESERVATIONS AT ALL. Only merit based appointments will give the advantage it deserves from other Developed countries. Our top Brain Drain can be stop only by Zero reservations. First of all kindly abolish the quota system as its not reaching the deserving people.
during my college days one of my batch mate who was son of one of leading industrialist but due to some quota he was paying yearly fees less than daily petrol cost for the luxury car in which he used to come to College. .
completely ridiculous.
this quota system is like termite which is internally harming the nation.
