1ºRuth Patchen honestly everybody I know has been doing better overall. Any complaints have been the same problems across the globe. My mother uncle and wife's friend got accepted on section 8, to help pay for housing. Foodstamps has been bumped up for a while now. Long overdue road and utility work. I'm north of Boston but still most of the waterpipes are the clay ones originally installed generations ago so they break constantly and yeah I hate the traffic but it's nice to see them getting fixed. The road patch job isn't great but such is what it is. I seen them come back later and rematch spots.. eitherway, government work I haven't seen in years. And I'm working on getting a home because we have down-payment assistance and there's repair and renovation assistance as well so even if I need to hire people for repairs I can afford it. Basically I can go from 3rd generation renter to home owner... literally life changing and a huge benefit for future generations of my family.
I wouldn't suggest moving back lol.. but I am staying within MA because atleast we have masshealth which is basically free Healthcare in my case but my wife also uses it and pays about half of what her work one would cost for the cheapest option. I've been in the hospital, and all my family.. they don't want you for 10 days no matter what here. Well, I'd you have expensive insurance and a big copay you can live there.. but masshealth will kick you out asap and just in general so do the Dr's. And like any other reason... overworked and understaffed. There's lines of people waiting almost always for a bed to open up

Biden was warning Ukraine about the invasion for WEEKS before Russia marched in. Zelenskyy was the one running around in open denial; whether he believed Russia wasn’t going to invade or if he was putting on a show is another discussion.
Also, the US couldn’t directly get involved. Because as much as I think Putin is nothing more than a pathetic strongman act (and anyone who admires him is just an impressionable idiot who has serious insecurity issues), if he’s threatening use of nuclear weapons, part of you also has to take that seriously. The best thing the US and countries in the EU could do is ship weapons to Ukraine and give them their intelligence on what the Russian army is doing.
It’s the only reason Russia didn’t just walk through Ukraine in a span of two weeks.
So tell me how you think Biden just let Russia invade Ukraine, when he was actually doing everything he could to be proactive in the situation?
Before Russia’s military was exposed as nothing more than a paper tiger, Russia was legitimately seen as an existential threat. So you can’t just send in the air force and escalate things to 100; that’s a sure fire way to start world war 3.
This is why people like you aren’t in politics. And thank god for that.

4ºDave Messier the increases are terrible and basically make no sense as the USD is equal to the euro which hasn't happened in a decade and record profits would mean there's room to lower that profit to help customers... like I said, can't make companies charge. When we switched production to China, products never got cheaper.. now somehow it's impossible for us to make anything without adding piles to the cost, yet there's a million people on Etsy making crap and selling it for tj Maxx prices and I need to assume they're happy with that or they wouldn't keep doing it
