1ºI does not help the cost of utility's insurance and Handyman service both gone up quite a bit and cost of landscaping has tripled. I thing I did learn as a landlord who use to rent out my spare room and started in the late 90s for 400 all inclusive which covered the costs however I never rose the rent and is the result was sketchy people like one who turned out to be a wanted felon and one after dispersed in the night when I called her work to find out if just visited her family or what and the store thought i a detective as it turn's out she stole over as thousand dollars in game cards. so now my spare room is an office. So now the only roommate I looking for is a girlfriend.

A federal judge in Fort Worth, Texas, delivered a ruling damaging President Joe Biden’s student debt relief plan, after a conservative advocacy group challenged it, calling it an unconstitutional move by the administration. The lawsuit was filed by the conservative Job Creators Network Foundation in October, after a borrower was unable to qualify for the full $20,000, and another was ineligible for the program. Challengers to the president’s multibillion-dollar college debt relief program say the administration violated federal procedures by denying borrowers the chance to offer public comment on the plan before its August unveiling.
U.S. District Judge Mark Pittman agreed, and declared the program “unlawful” in a Thursday order.
So UNLAWFUL huh? This administration VIOLATED federal procedures!!! No…not this administration!
