1ºIf you think there's a code of silence amongst the po po on the streets, you've never been in county jail, sent to PDC (Probation Detention Center) or spent one day in a state or Federal prison. The 'System', broken as it is, needs to be fixed and you must start from the top. I've seen it all in the Georgia prison system, to include sexual assault. If mental health issues, to include our current and ongoing drug epidemic, are not handled as a priority one, our Foster Care, homelessness and prisons will continue to bust at the seams. Our children, our future is at stake more now than ever.
