Kevin Bryant it's not what she needs, but what the children need. No one knows what will happen to them in the future. Ye had 2B just 2 months ago, and now he lost more than 75% of it. Kim might get in trouble too somehow and lose her money. The children should not be suffering no matter what happens to their parents. Also, per child, he pays just a bit more than any other of us would in the same situation. If they both agreed to it and signed the agreement, who are we to say what's a good amount?

Liz Kai She isn't using it, he refused help and has shown to the court he is currently an irresponsible parent. He can express all he wants that he wants to be in their lives, he has to prove he is capable of doing so in a safe manner. He has made the choices that have to led to this decision, not her.
Again, YOU think it's excessive, all child support payments are determined by income, Kim has zero say in it. It really makes no difference who she is. That's that part you're missing. You can express disgust all you want, it's still a standard amount considering his income.

Marilyn Noel Kim does INCREDIBLE work with various charities and gives away a TON of money every year. Why does it seem like every single story, regarding a celebrity and their finances…does everyone and their mother seemingly try and tell them how they should be spending it?
She does do a lot, and she is under no obligation to give ANY money away. Would not make her a bad person if she didn’t. Wealthy persons also have a lifestyle to maintain whether people refuse to try and understand that or not. 200k really isn’t much considering Ye’s worth and what her monthly expenses involve.

Michaun Gordon-Williams joint custody typically allows both parents decision making power regarding the kids upbringing. Things like medical, education, & religion are joint decisions that they both would have to communicate about and have agreement on. Or go to mediation if they can’t.

With child support, at least where I’m at, the first issue is who has majority parenting time. The parent with majority parenting time is typically owed CS. With 50/50 parenting time, CS is typically awarded to the lower earner, but it’s not the full percentage. It is the difference between what each parent’s CS obligation would be if the other parent had primary parenting time. For example, if dads obligation would be 1000, but moms would be 1500, the court would award dad the difference of 500.

They could also come to an agreement outside of court, but the judge would have to agree with the terms as well.

I hope this helps

Definitely sounds about right for the ratio of pay. Child support is based on your income and the lifestyle your child should live per your income. Theirs happens to be a LOT higher than most so it does make sense. What you expect North to get $500 in child support for the month with a $70k a month shopping habit?! Most of y’all would be complaining about that too making $5k a month and want your kid to be on bare minimum in life. Let’s not judge the next cause they got more. There’s always gonna be someone with more than you. Why you focus on YOU and not THEM.

Mel Kipp I agree with you, it is disgusting to see this. 2 rich and spoiled celebrities getting a divorce isn't news. Children who are homeless and starving are and this should always be news and needs to be addressed and remedied. But society, especially North Americans, seem to love these people who are famous for some reason that I will never understand. Somebody made them rich, somebody chose to spend their money on the Kardashians instead of the homeless. So there it is. People for the most part seem to care more about reality T.V. stars than they do about their fellow human beings. The public supports this obscenity. So I don't know how anything can ever change unless that changes.

Child support is what it is because you're both parents, and you both have to contribute. If you're not the main caretaker of the children, then yes, the other parent pays child support, and it's also based on the income. With all that being said. Kim, you do have a lot of g** d*** money. Would you be kind enough to donate one month of your child support to somebody who needs it . That1 month could surely pay off my house note and allow me some wiggle room so I can start to enjoy a little bit of life & not just struggle to survive.

I hope that this never happens, since by most accounts of Ye, no matter what else is being said about him, he has produced for his wealth, and in my opinion that is something honorable about someone, never mind who that someone happens to be.
However, as I see it, Ye may have to start doing heavy math, where he has to take 4 out of 3.
As I have said many times, it is unfair to deprive anyone of something earned, because of something that they SAID.
IT IS NOT the way nature intended it to be.
That is not to say that I agree for bad things to be said about others, because this should be avoided, but in cases where it has been done, other benign ways are available to us, in order to bring same to a satisfactory conclusion or result.

Jesus people… he makes the money so he pays the money. Did your men make what he makes? No, that’s why you get what you’re getting. Should we remember that he gave out their school address, so she now pays that extra security…

I’m not a super fan but their expenses are far greater then ours and their salaries are far greater… this is why they pay an obscene amount. Yes, it could go to WAY better, but it isn’t… It’s not like he would be putting that money to what we would like either way, so let him pay for his kids and the extra expenses he’s made them
Accustomed to.

10ºStoned Fundation To help finance WWII, U.S. income taxes were raised to the highest levels in history.

For 1944 and 1945, income amounts above $200,000 — about $3.3 million in today's dollars — were taxed at a marginal tax rate of 94% After the war, that top rate was brought down to 91%.

Today, the top marginal income tax rate is 37%. It had been 39.6% but was cut to the current level by the December 2017 tax law.

Do you know what that high tax rate did? It BUILT the middle class in America into the strongest in the world.

Our middle class has been shrinking for 50 years, and the upper 1% wealth has been skyrocketing. When you see a small number of people benefiting at the expense of everyone else, something is wrong.

It's the old adage; The rich get richer and the poor get poorer - Start looking into the economic inequality figures and get back to me.

Automation is another problem. Machines producing wealth for a small number of people at the expense of workers.
