1ºDoes not let the town off the hook and a decade of abuse to a child and teen by adults in the town? Does not explain why citizens saw the teen leave the wrecked truck with a gun and turned away. Does explain that all the actions taken was based on misinformation so it lets all of the rest off the hook. Gunshot victims say many things while hurt and going into shock so it began with a duty. Still does not explain the unlocked door at the school system. Or why a teacher ran instead standing in the way. More than him knew about the teen. A long, long, long list of citizens knew about that teen besides him. Most likely why the other adults turned away.
