Biden is ignorant. With Putin being 100% anti-American and Lavroz influecing South of the Border states via Cuba, Putin will try to force more issues at the border to take place. Issues that would involve more illegal immigrants showing up at the border and then crossing into the U.S.
In the grand schemes of Putin's agenda, Cubans would be trained to infiltrate the U.S. through the border with Mexico and then cause damage to targeted U.S. facilities. Maybe IED's in schools or hospitals. I would even go so far as to say the Cuban / Russian units would train illegals in the U.S., similar to the Pro-Russian separatists in the Donbass region, to use rifles and handguns to attack Americans. Which would keep dividing the U.S. and allow Putin and his successor to continue their political and military operations in the U.S. until the U.S. stops supporting Ukraine.
