1ºChristie Lane it's a good practice. A lot of SE Asian countries have been doing this for decades, when any airborne disease starts spiking, and it's effective.
I say this as someone who also has had a close friend who had a newborn end up hospitalized for 4 days with RSV. And worse, there's a strong correlation with getting RSV at a young age and developing other breathing issues as they get older, including asthma.
There's zero reason for all of us not to be doing this to protect the vulnerable around us, when theres a spike in cases (the hospital ICUs and children's hospitals are FULL right now), especially the people who want to claim that they're Christians (who for some reason are the worst offenders when it comes to not masking up to protect others).
2ºChristie Lane I have found that the covi$-cultists aren’t so much outraged about us not wearing a mask but they are devilishly angered that we haven’t succumbed to the same level of panic, delusion, and fear they have. These people are infuriated that we refuse to comply to unlawful, unconstitutional government over-reach and usurpation of power and control. It exposes their insecurities, anxieties and their willingness to hand over all our Rights and freedoms to the most radical government in the history of this Country. Leftist Governments usually don’t have a good track record of relinquishing power and control back over to the people.Just saying.
3ºRavensflying G Red Star-Baig I know many doctors and pharmacists they all said they had 0 cases of flu. Now you said social distancing and masks made it not so prevalent. Now that’s what we were told masks and social distancing could do for Covid but here we are 3 years later and it’s still here even with the shot. If someone is willing to get a flu shot they probably got the Covid shot as well. Everyone needs to treat Covid as the flu and move on with life. We never shut down anything because of flu or any other sickness before. We are still suffering in the supply chain by shutting down the economy. Shutting things were and never will be worth it.
4ºimagine the power politics has over people in regards to silencing scientists with differing opinions on such matters. Their beloved “science” they speak of has been blind-sided with leftist politics, propaganda campaigns and censorship of opposing scientific opinions. Leftist ideologues have their current version of “science” that has been CLEARLY weaponized and politicized in order to favour a preconceived subjective version of reality. Yet conservatives have another version of science regarding these same issues but unfortunately the left suppresses it and only one side is allowed to flourish on social media platforms. Remember that science that is not allowed to be questioned is NOT “science” but propaganda….
