Yes they have, Russia’s finances are dwindling, and unfortunately they don’t have so many donors, the countries which support Russia are too poor to help.
On the other hand, USA, Canada, Australia and all rich European countries are pumping money into Ukraine.
All countries like turkey, Iran, china which are trying to support Russia financially are getting threatened with sanctions and honestly their economies will be hit so hard so they’re backing off.
It’s highly unlikely that Russia will win this war, they’re getting so isolated, Russians can’t travel, can’t work, can’t study, can’t shop, can’t go anywhere, can’t do business, can’t buy property in the western world due to visa sanctions
Again, what’s the benefit of this war to an ordinary Russian?
