I’m a daily Starbucks Canada drinker and this is giving me even more of a reason to stop. Yesterday I ordered a mobile order at 2:22 was supposed to be ready by 2:33 (est) got there at 2:35 and nothing. Waited until 2:42 and still no drink. I asked where the drink was and the lady said I was next, went and whispered to the other worker, then loudly said “male her drink next). She did not make my drink next, but proceeded to make two their drinks and started on another that was clearly not mine. I got a refund as I had to be at work for 3:00. This is a constant thing, sometimes waiting 35 minutes for a mobile order. 50% of the time my drink is wrong. I’d much rather go to Tim Hortons or McDonalds where it takes no more than 10 minutes to get a drink, heck even a full meal is done in 10 minutes. Starbucks is beginning to be a waste of money and now time! It also seems that they are getting rid of their 400 points for $20 off, which I used yearly to purchase their cups for Christmas gifts.
