Absolute best way for me is to simply not fall asleep drunk. Give yourself a couple hours between your last drink and falling asleep and do your "hangover cures" during this time, not the next day. For me hydration, multivitamin, and protein packed snack before sleeping help if I've had too much.

You're gonna feel like crap the next day if you drink too much no matter what, just decide if you wanna be hung over or just tired.

I just don't really drink enough to get hangovers anymore though myself. This is what works for me on those rare occasions.

Once in your bloodstream nothing ‘really’ helps. Better to prevent it by eating a solid meal before boozing up, and getting your vitamin intake in order.

You can take in vitaminea B/C which ‘could’ help the metabolism. And you
Could drink tons of water and exercise.

Make sure you drink tons ( water…) before going to bed, it avoids dehydration.

Then again… going full out on booze is never a good thing ( not judging, to each his own..).

Actually kind a glad that 1 glass is already over my limit, alcohol nearly always results in major head-ache and migraines in my case. ( in my case not drinking IS the solution…).
