2ºYeah, I doubt there’s a lot of people saying that the show should not go on.

This is a tragedy and it’s pretty routine. The game 100% for about 1 million reasons should’ve been called off, and called off sooner for that matter.

No I personally don’t think the seasons canceled or those fans will get their money or time back, probably refunds though.

You are so right, it is incredibly sad, nothing can change the past. We can however give respect to people who put their lives at risk for our entertainment, we can give respect to people who are trying to give respect or support for those people.

One thing I never hear from anyone really, especially parents anymore is, “If you don’t have anything good to say,don’t say it at all.”

That being said, this concludes my two cents that I didn’t really need to add to all of this as well lol.

I’d like to add that I also hope he’s fine, and it’s OK for “the show” to pause a little bit when somebody’s child is facing death.

4ºBuddy Bonin Ah, the infamous line used when someone hasn't done theirs. Two kids died playing football on the same day when I was in high school. In the same area code. That was 1990. Long before the Covid vaccine. People go into cardiac arrest every day, and always have. Tens of thousands of people play football. You came up with 2 instances, and one is still alive as of this writing. It's sad that you can't just wish this young man and his family well, instead of using this for some kind of weak political trope. But I guess if that's all you have in life

5ºSherry Gaut he didn't have a heart attack! He went into cardiac arrest, something entirely different. In all likelihood this was caused by getting hit in the chest by the tackle that he received. This is not uncommon in sports. All they have to do is be hit in the right place for this to happen. CPR was started immediately and the medical team who responded did a great job the fact that his heart is beating again is a good sign even if he's not breathing on his own. That is very common after cardiac arrest. Anybody that wants to toss out there that this is secondary to a vaccine can just put a sock in it.

Everybody is saying cardiac but coming from a neurology standpoint if any of his cervical vertebrae were broken he could have stood up, the fracture could have become unstable the minute he stood up and he would have dropped, and he also would have had trouble breathing if the injury was high enough. And it's the same with head injuries, when somebody is hit and they have a regular helmet on, the helmet can protect the outside of the head, but it's not protecting the inside of the brain that is being bounced around off of the skull and causing multiple injuries in multiple parts of the brain. It's called a contra coup injury.

8ºTony here is why I believe Commotio Coris is the wrong diagnosis. A football player has thick shoulder and chest pads on evenly distributing any blow. This hit was soft.

The media will say it is Commotio cordis, agitation of the heart that is an often lethal disruption of heart rhythm that occurs as a result of a strong “blow” to the area directly OVER the heart at a critical time during the cycle of a heart beat, producing what is termed an R-on-T phenomenon that leads to the condition. It is a form of ventricular fibrillation not mechanical damage to the heart muscle or surrounding organs.

They will NEVER admit to any complications from the vaccine. Sorry, I disagree.

10ºChris Chasten didn't Pfizer by Arena Pharmaceuticals how can you trust data when 1 company owes several companies that do the studys .. this is the samething Purdue pharma did with Oxycontin they owned all the little companies that did the studies that said that it wasn't addictive and look what happened CDC gave them a special label because of all of the data the other companies did that Purdue owned and since you are in the medical field you should be very aware of what I am talking about and everything that they did and how they did it
