I am on board with taxing AR-15 style rifles 1000% as Democrat Donald Beyer of Virginia proposed. But it does come with a equality contingency.. 5ºFirst it was not an insurrection. It was a riot. No way an insurrection could occur with less then 1,000 unarmed individuals. It is a democrat talking point. What about police that were killed and hurt by the rioters during the summer of 2020, 574 riots where buildings were burned down, looting of stores occurred, $2 billion in damages and police were attacked and injured and 25+ people were killed, some were police. There were w republicans on the committee. The reason there weren’t more is becsuce Nancy refused to seat 2 members that were in involved with the planning and execution of the attack on the capitol. Kevin refused to appoint any other republicans so Nancy appointed the remaining members. The reason there were not more republicans is because Kevin stupidly refused to appoint any.
The committee have thousand and thousands of pages full of facts. They have houdreds of hours of video tapes to provide more facts.
