Justice Department announces new rule to regulate pistol-stabilizing braces

Gun control proponents argue stabilizing braces effectively transform a pistol into a short-barreled rifle, which are heavily regulated.

Anthony Longo the bump stock case is still going on.

P80 just entered the battle for the new 80% rule. Other companies have had success but for the people that specifically bought from those companies.

If an injunction on the full rule isn’t granted in 120 days, I have braces from all major manufacturers, I have braces from wish, I have braces I printed at home. If they don’t win, I have to pay 5 grand immediately(and register them anyways) sell or destroy 25 guns that don’t really have a market anymore, and if I’m caught I would be facing life in prison, which isn’t an option. I’ll take the 5k tax break from the fed this year.

Mikie St. Amant
I’ll fear monger this one.

1.) Make the New Democrat and Republican gun owners register all of their semi-automatic rifles, including magazine fed bolt, and semi-auto hunting rifles.

2.) With the list the ATF registry has, new iterations of current laws will be incrementally amended one on top of the other.

3.) further Semi-auto weapons bans will be proposed as soon as the media pounces on the next whacko uses a short barreled rifle, semi-auto rifle, or magazine fed hunting rifle.

4.) The disarming of the country’s citizens en mass. This includes pistols.

5.) Further attempts to eradicate amendments of our constitution until our functional, yet imperfect system is completely dismantled.

6.) Society degrades as crimes increase, and sentencing becomes lackadaisical.

Sonny, if you're finished with the pathetic pi**y-diapered childish failed attempts at insults, I'll type this REAL fu**ing slow for you so you can keep up.

While SCOTUS may have incorrectly interpreted the 2A, they ONLY ruled concerning OWNERSHIP of guns.... Nothing about banning accessories is un-Constitutional.... Not to mention there is NO basis or avenue for taking this to the SCOTUS.

I know you dumbfu**s don't understand this, but people just can't suddenly decide to take things to the SCOTUS.... There has to be court cases, rulings, appeals, re-appeals, and then submitting a request to the SCOTUS to review a case.

But of course, Trumpie ret**ds, thanks to Trump, think SCOTUS is a magical fairy-land where all their dumbsh** dreams come true at the wink of an eye....

But please continue to cry about something you clearly know NOTHING about, kid..... Every whine you make keeps getting funnier...

cri moar, b****...

Ryan Maloney no they don’t.

No, they don’t at all. 40k to 100k, maybe. For millions of gun owners.

Defending against criminals with the guns that gun owners and sellers just somehow couldn’t seem to hold on to.

1 million? Lol.
Sure. Guess you haven’t paid attention to those high end numbers being debunked years ago by serious researchers.
Who knew that problematic self-reporting of defensive gun usage would be falsely inflated by gun owners who just want to keep their guns no matter the societal damage they inflict? Who knew?

C’mon man, let’s step into reality here.
A day’s worth of solid research would show you that 1 million claim is an absolute joke of a number.

Criminals would be getting shot and killed left and right by gun owners….which they aren’t.

Sorry bud, guns don’t get used a million times defensively and yet have minimal deaths occur.
C’mon man.

They will not be “short barreled rifles” there is a new category, it’s already on the form 1. “Braced Firearm” that’s what your new tax free stamp will be. It will be determined by the brace/stock. If you want a SBR you will still need to pay your $200 stamp. Your tax free registration will be for a “braced firearm” not an SBR. That’s how FFL will have to register the ones they have in stock and when they sell they will go on the registry. That’s what people are overlooking. When this goes into effect 3 million people ( give or take a million) will have to register an account with the ATF that has all your info on it. Those who don’t will be a felon if they have said unregistered pistol braces. Now do I think it will get overturned? Yes, just like the bump stock did but by the time it does they will have what they need.

How does a shorter barrel even make a firearm “more” dangerous??? Scientifically speaking: the longer the barrel (up until a certain length) the faster velocity of the bullet thus more terminal ballistic energy. The shorter the barrel, the less velocity a bullet has thus less terminal ballistic energy. A 20” barrel 556 is pushing about 3100 feet per second. A 10.50” barrel 556 (common pistol length) pushes about 2500 feet per second. In theory, a government worried about lethality should want owners to have shorter (less lethal) firearms. But our reality is that our government (WEF/NWO) just wants to get rid of all guns.
