Scott Bornstein Biden owns.. largest influx of illegals, record migrant deaths, record fentanyl and record fentanyl deaths, record cartel profits... nothing has changed regarding US law and policy regarding legal immigration... except Biden isn't enforcing those laws and policies. US takes more legal immigrants than any other country... anyone entering illegally should be turned around... period. A true asylum seeker doesn't walk through a safe country to get to another.. they leave their country if they feel threatened... interviews with illegals prove they are told to ask for asylum but in the next breath will tell you they are headed to the US for a work.. which does not meet the law for seeking asylum.

Rick Sue Hudson Sandelli I am going to explain what is meant by "Manufactured crisis". People have different opinions of what the crisis is at the border, the crossings or the detention. I'll explain the manufactured. It can be proven, easily. Southern border immigration has been the rallying cry of this Administration (Trumps). In order to enhance the problem, and make the Administration's claim appear credible, quietly, the rules were changed. The criteria for applying for asylum always said "Must be present in the United States or at a point of entry." In April, 2019, in his "wisdom" the president eliminated the port of entry option. The procedure (below) now says "To apply for asylum you must be present in the U.S.". The option was removed, meaning people have to cross the border illegally to legally apply for asylum. There is no other place it can be done. Not a consulate, not an embassy, and not any other country. The change requires people to break the law in order to conform to the law, and that's manufacturing a crisis. This is the current page, and it's STEP 1. https://www.uscis.gov/hum...-asylum-process

Ben Eyster Yes, I know where Spain is, it right across the Atlantic and yes, I have studied history and south Americans did not go to Spain to get the language the Spaniards came here. They started way south maybe Rio and worked their way north killing more tribes than the people that came to the US ever did. Don't take me wrong I don't care if they come up here to the USA for the pit of hell will be lit soon and I will be laughing watching them try to get back to Mexico so they can hide from the draft.
