Pledge full cooperation. Attack House Republicans. Don’t engage on the details of an ongoing matter.

I have a brilliant idea that will require some work by our wonderful computer scientists and mathematicians. We, the rational Americans, are sick and tired of corrupt repugnant Republicans making threats against us. It’s time to hold accountable those who are attempting to hold Americans hostage with the debt ceiling. Those Republican constituents who voted those repugnant Republicans (start with the House “freedom” caucus) into office must have their Social Security, Medicare and social programs that they use regularly ended immediately to keep in place and help fund the programs that the MAJORITY of Americans want to keep!

Here’s some background from renowned historian and history professor, Heather Cox Richardson:
The far right is already insisting it will not raise the debt ceiling. Today, Andy Biggs (R-AZ), who was involved in the planning for January 6, tweeted, “We cannot raise the debt ceiling. Democrats have carelessly spent our taxpayer money and devalued our currency. They’ve made their bed, so they must lie in it.”

In fact, the national debt skyrocketed under Republican president Donald Trump even before the pandemic, thanks to the big tax cuts for corporations and the wealthy that the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office estimated would increase deficits by almost $2 trillion over eleven years. In 2019, before the coronavirus pandemic hit, the debt had grown to $22 trillion. Trump called it a crisis, but his budget that year increased the debt to $23.2 trillion. The CBO warned that the U.S. had never seen deficits so large in a time of high employment.

And then the coronavirus hit, and the debt jumped to $27.75 trillion.

At 5.2% of GDP, the growth of the deficit under Trump was third largest in our history, behind only that under Presidents George W. Bush—who launched two unfunded wars after passing a tax cut and thus presided over deficit growth of 11.7%—and Abraham Lincoln, whose Treasury had to invent a way to pay for a civil war out of whole cloth, resulting in the deficit growing by 9.4% of GDP.

Cora Cohen obviously you’re a fox fake news, OAN and Newsmax viewer!
Prove the “abyss”! What are you referring to?

While I wait for your response, here’s some background facts from renowned historian and history professor, Heather Cox Richardson:

Cora Cohen, CAN’T YOU READ?! I already posted the FACTS:

Sammy Jackson show us where you get he waited two months after they were found? Show us where the FBI told him to put a lock on the stolen documents when he was already officially told to return them by the archives themselves two weeks before he left office and then had to be subpoenaed twice more and just just told him to put a lock on it? Seriously?? First off secret service guarded the traitorous racist not the documents and he's not always at Mar alargo so either were they. And it's extremely obvious you didn't bother to look up if a president can secretly declassify without anyone else knowing and no paperwork signed by the department the specific document is from and yet falsely claim that to be true. "Some sources believe" for the love of God will you just listen to yourself for a moment. Just the charges alone listed on the search warrant shows one for espionage, does that sound like no serious damage was done? The very fact that the original assessment of damage is still ongoing shows there's a lot there and they have to find out what exactly were in the 19 top secret folders that were completely empty and missing altogether. And you seriously don't care in the least bit, don't care he took nuclear capabilities that could be used against us or fact he took files on human resources that literally not only endanger our spies lives themselves but all the work and years it took to gain the level of trust they had earned. Or the fact one of the charges is espionage which shows they have good reason to believe he is sharing our nation's most sensitive secrets to hostile foreign countries and not one single Republican cares. Tell us if Biden did exactly the same would you care about our national security all over again?

Sammy Jackson it's so fascinating and highly entertaining at the same time to watch the mental gymnastics it takes to convince themselves through the use of whatanoutisms somehow condones literally everything LMAO. You do understand the documents were found by Biden's lawyers and exactly like stated they were then returned immediately what part can't you fully grasp? It's funny how the party that calls itself the party of law and order doesn't bother to look up how our laws work or how especially the highest compartmentalized classification of sensitive top secret documents are actually declassified in reality. Not only can a vice president have them he also can declassify and yet you didn't see Biden go on prime time television and claim he alone could telepathically declassify anything he wanted to without letting anyone know like Trump did on Hannity's show. What's funny is Trump himself personally admitted on the show he telepathically declassify them with no one else knowing which if you had bothered to look up if he could you'd know there's a bunch of paperwork that needs to be filled out and signed by the head of the department that document came from. It's why the next morning after the show the special counsel asked Trump for all the paperwork for the top secret documents he himself said he had telepathically declassified and Trump never got back to him about that for some odd reason. Really says everything about the party none of you care at all if nothing else he still secretly removed 17 full boxes of our nation's very highest compartmentalized classification of sensitive top secret documents that could endanger the whole country from a extremely secure location and the ones he didn't get to sell to the highest bidder yet he brought to a freakin public golf club where secret service have caught Chinese nationals sneaking around multiple times. And seriously don't care 29 folders with the highest classification were found completely empty with nothing but the cover letter denoting it top secret. Don't care some were labeled having to do with nuclear capabilities and human resources like identities and locations of all our NSA agents around the globe. And yet just like the whole lock her up debacle pretended to care about our national security over just 3 of the very lowest classification of "confidential" emails being mishandled then didn't care Trump himself literally admitted to secretly stealing 17 full boxes of our nation's most sensitive secrets and then obstructed justice to desperately keep hold of them but still hasn't bothered to explain to the American people why a president who was infamous for not bothering to read his daily intelligence briefings all of a sudden needed with 17 boxes of them. It's as if Republicans only pretend to care about the rule of law written in our constitution when they think the other party is guilty and only then.

Peter Flynn You're so informed....you don't know that a VP can only declassify what he classified. Waiting two months to turn over docs he's had for at least six years isn't "immediately." lmao Trump docs were guarded by the secret service, the FBI was there six months prior and told him to put another lock on the door, he did. A president can literally stand over a set of docs and declare them declassified. The Trump document debacle is OVER, nothing will come of it. Some sources believe the intelligence community did conduct an assessment but did not find any serious damage done by Trump's actions. "If there had been something significant it would have been briefed and leaked by now."

Jas Thompson Trump is perfect example of non-transperancy, bar none. The only thing Republicans don't lie about is their plan to take money from our Social Security retirement and put it in the general fund just like Bush did, that was and is our money!
Also, as far as tax reduction, the millionaires, billionaires and big corporations, so who pays for what they don't, obviously the middle class. It's Beyond me why hard working, retired or disabled people (including their pets) have to go without food and shelter. No wonder we have people living in tent cities and so many abandon pets. If they don't think about the people, maybe think about the abandon animals!

Jay Maytin I can answer that for you, because one is Trump. Jack like every other Trumplican cult member think DT is the second coming of Christ, and he can do whatever he wants. They will continue to make excuse for him like, DT was allowed to have them, which is false, neither of them are allowed to have them, declassified or not, they are not their personal property. But the Trumpers don't want to hear any of that, Trump is their do no wrong messiah king, and Biden is a criminal, and that's it. And arguing with them is futile. By the way, I'm an Independant.

…. A Vice President can only declassify documents he himself classified.
… Biden, then Vice President, Took President Obama’s classified documents. He had documents he shouldn’t of had in places they shouldn’t of been, some for 6 years.
… Biden deserves the Trump Mar A Lago treatment from the DOJ …. Nothing Less.

Begs the question…. WHY Now were his lawyers looking & WHAT were they looking for
Did Biden really not know those classified documents were in his garage… OR did he….

Within the National Security laws, it doesn’t Matter why they are there, the fact they are there at all in places that were Not pre-Approved & Not Secured by authorities is the issue. Inadvertent means Nothing.

10ºJay Maytin these morons just don't seem to get it, or they do and just don't give a FK. Yes, Presidents can declassify documents, but there is a process to declassify them, but they seem to think DT can declassify by just thinking about it, or waving his hand over them, because he said so, that's not how it works. There is a process they have to go through and there would be a paper trail, and the documents would be stamped DECLASSIFIED. There has to be some kind of physical proof that they have indeed been declassified. And even if they were declassified, neither one of them has a right to have them, they're not their personal possessions. But you can explain it to these braindead idiots 1000 times, and they will still say DT had a right to have them.
