Paramount is integrating Showtime into its streaming service and giving the premium network a new name

The premium television network is getting its first name change in the channel’s 47-year history.

1ºCassandra Norris I agree! I saw that showtime was added as an add-on to paramount+, so I decided to go checkout what movies they had available. I noticed that showtime's website--unlike Hulu, Netflix, etc.-- doesn't let you preview the content available before you subscribe. I decided to do a free trial, subscribed, and out of all the movies they had, I found 4 to add to my list. I told my kids that I now know why they don't let you preview the content available before subscribing! :D

SHOWTIME may be good for a few popular series, but the overall mix of content available for everyones different tastes is severely lacking. $10.99 isn't worth it; I canceled the subscription right away.
