It’s ve been to the labor boards filing a claim. The contractor lost the suite but never had to pay. Even with a court order, there must be enforcement which the labor dept doesn’t do.
If they are undocumented, off the books, how can they estimate which each person is owed without a lot of court proceedings. Which is paid for by tax payers!
