3ºTotally, criminal and evil to steal someone else children and give them a different name and passport. The Russians have killed many children, by , bombing Children hospitals, schools, day cares. The Russian soldiers ,were told to deliberately bomb these buildings knowing very well there would be children inside . The purpose for kidnaping some of these Ukrainian children is to remove any Ukrainian heritage from them and to make these children Russians. citizens . I am deeply concern, for these children welfare in Russia, especially once Ukraine wins the war with Russia. These Russian families may retaliate on these poor children. As a mother I would be looking for my child until ,I find them. All those children should be ,safely return to their rightful parents.There needs to be an Amber alert in Russia, for these Children who are Ukrainian citizens.
4ºA reminder to dear Americans: The USA itself does NOT recognize the ICC. So, we have ZERO rights to endorse this arrest warrant. 1) The ICC does not have an enforcement body, therefore, it relies on international cooperation to turn someone in- so all of this is meaningless. 2) Putin is the head of the Russian state with military protections, touching him would probably mean the end of entire Netherlands where the ICC is located. I don't like Putin, but Bush also needs an arrest warrant if this was ever a just case. This court is influenced by western politics. Move on everyone.

7ºCory Griffiths You must not have seen the footage at the begging of the war, were there was lots of people protesting on the streets of Moscow ,yelling send Putin in the trenches. Many Russian civilians got arrested that day. I call those Russian civilians hero for having courage trying to tell Putin to stop the war. Many Russians were living in Ukraine and died by their own leader Putin. Putin crimes against humanity is much worst than what we have witnessed in the media .Sooner or later he will get caught, because too many people hate him and even his own civilians ,who are too afraid to speak up.
8ºRastislav Brodziansky Your insights are very correct. Also, Putin regards himself ,as Peter the Great and in some ways he is. Peter the Great tortured and killed his son, for going against him. Putin has a need to dominate others in order to achieve, as much powers as he can. At the same time he like to inflict pain and fear in others and, if he can't have it his way, then no one else can. My biggest concerns is, if Putin feels he is loosing the war, he may just retaliate with nuclear bombs. Putin is a mad man, creating a mad war.
9ºDwight Smith Putin is a monter and his atrocities in Ukraine are unspewkable. I agree about aiding Ukraine défend itsslf, a no-fly zone and perhaps even NATO troops inside Ukraine if Zelensky wants to.
But arresting the President of Russia a major nuclear power backed by China another major nuclear power is really going too far.
This would be a direct aggrezsion towards Russia and no longer just defending Ukraine.
This will cause a direct Military conflict between USA/NATO vs Russia/China.
It won't stop the war in Ukraine and save a single Ukrainian. Putin isn't alone, he has mill8ons of loyalists in the Kremlin and is backed by an even stronger nuclear power called China.
Even more people will die in a direct Military conflict between USA/NATO vs Russia/China/North-Korea/Iran who all possess the nuclear weapon.
