1ºI think this has to do more with the culture of "Influencers" (of which many are Russian) than of a common tourist. I was in Bali in January, and Russians were coming in droves, possibly due to Putins war. Many of them want to be Influencers, making lots of money via the internet, for showing themselves as some sort of high end glamorous travel provocateur. The competition is enormous, to out do others. The Russians tend to think they are "Clever", and not constrained by anything, in their quest to be the biggest and best Influencer. I can clearly see them doing erotic/art shots at any of the spectacular sites that Bali has to offer. This idiot is just like a 100 before him, not all of them are Russian, just most, but the mind set and motivation are all the same.
