1ºSteven Andrew it isn’t relevant. I’m not comparing this admin to the last. NEITHER could replace all the track that needs replacing during their term! It’s a project that will take decades. And the trillion is not JUST for railways. You can blame Biden all you want but I would be ignorant. Just like I wouldn’t blame tTrump if he didn’t have all the rail tracks replaced in 18 months! It’s a silly argument to make and doesn’t advance any cause. The simple fact of the matter is this is somthing that has been ignored by multiple administrations for decade over decade
2ºTerry Gietzen why would I say it all his fault? This isn’t a political issue. This country has been crumbling for awhile now. Trains derailed because of overloading, and track problems. Don’t know how it is where you live but we have potholes you can lose a car in. I don’t remember that being much of a problem when I was younger. Our schools fall far behind many other first world countries. And that should never happen. No… we use to be a shining beacon on a hill. But we are rotting from the inside out. And somehow we have to fix it. Not politically. Not by saying it’s Trump or it’s Biden or Obama or Bush. It will have to be figured out by people far more intelligent than me. But I’m smart enough to see something is wrong.
