If Costello really has emails showing Cohen wasn't directed to pay the hush money and Mueller's report showing Cohen does lie about Trump directing him to do something..he still gets convicted then yes the US Supreme Court will overturn it.
Add two former Manhattan Prosecutors are being called as defense witnesses to say they didn't believe there was a case on the hush money and they questioned Cohen's credibility. The same prosecutors that thought Bragg had a case on the Trump organization case.

Also state legislatures and the Governor are allowed by the electoral count act to overturn the state popular vote. Nothing illegal about asking.

The alternate electors well Kennedy campaign had alternate electors say they were the official electors of Hawaii when Nixon was declared the winner. In fact they sent the certifications to Congress and the national archives. They did write if the courts or Congress overturn it. That's exactly what the Trump electors wrote. The DOJ at the time didn't deem it illegal. So that acts as legal precedent. Also Clinton Campaign told Trump electors in 2016 to vote for her instead. Wasn't deemed illegal.
10ºRory Scholl They have been trying to find a law that Trump broke for eight years now, all because they don't want him to be President. If he came out today and said he was not running for President, then all these frivolous investigations run by democrat prosecutors would go to the wayside. But I am sure many former Presidents have broke some law along the way. Just to name a few, William J Clinton, George W Bush and the current one Joe Biden has committed multiple crimes against the country. Through all the lies and trying to take Trump down he is still standing. I don't know any politician that could still be standing if they had gone through everything that they have put Trump and his family through. They would have quit, resigned, given up long time ago, but not Trump. Trump is not a quitter and he loves this country. But if he quit tomorrow, no one could blame him.
