1ºSo maybe the solution to this expanding red state problem is to throw out 3 republican house members in any blue state. Like today because they are tossing out the Democrats today. Wisconsin wants to impeach the newly elected democrat to the supreme court. Do the same to a republican justice in a blue state. Match them move for move. TN is leaving those democratic districts without representation. Do the same for republican district's in blue states. One day the voters are going to have to realize that Republicans want minority control at all costs to Americans rights. And we can't count on the unethical extremist supreme court for fair rulings. Roe, guns, civil , immigration , environment, Bidens executive orders etc...

Look up the Federalist 29 written by Alexander Hamilton in the late 18th century and President Polk’s inaugural speech in the mid-19th century. Both use “well-regulated” and it clearly did not mean laws. A synonymous phrase that does work in to those writings would be “finely-tuned.” So a “finely-tuned” militia being necessary to the security of a free state…”
But you also might want to look up the Supreme Court decision from decades ago where they ruled that the phrase “the people” as used in all of the bill of rights means the individual citizens.

A recall has nothing to do with a house member violating there oath and causing a disruption of a proceeding. That actually violates section 3 of the 14th amendment. They can be removed by 2/3 vote if house

It’s caused by a culture of irresponsibility and contempt for human life. It's caused by allowing the dangerously mentally ill to remain un-institutionalized and career criminals to remain un-incarcerated. It's caused by the culture of some groups only being able to resolve disagreements with violence. Its caused by the decades of Hollywood’s and the music industry’s glorification of violent perpetrators. 9ºLet me say it again. Thank God I live in the northeast where things are much more normal. We don’t have to worry to much about school shootings because most states have strict gun laws, (so it does happen it will be rare) beautiful scenery from mountains to beaches, best metropolis (from the nations capital to Maine) great transportation that gets me from point a to point b (besides the car). Trust me o don’t need to live in places where republicans have full control do absolutely nothing to fix gun laws in America where these
Shootings continue to happen over and over (besides California) and don’t like the blame us folks when these happen.

What Gun laws would have stopped this Trans Whacknut from getting a gun ? Have the TN Dems ever signed onto having armed security at School ? and Wuld the red flag laws you speak of have had the Trans Whacknuts medical records forwarded to Authorities so It could not have bought guns ? I think the parents and medical providers of this whacknut had a duty to inform Authorities that it likes guns but is unstable to own any ?
