It is a designed and organized destruction for communism to siphon everything from you. As things collapse, you will see the media owned by the same inbred filth bag banking families pretend it is due to failed capitalism, the existence of white people and the old system. If only you fully adopted communism, then it will fix itself.
2ºJust making the observation here…a handgun and shotgun are very good reasonable tools for self defense in public and at home, with very few exceptions (ranchers, etc).
I think ONE of the main problems with the whole “ban assault weapons” debate is that a lot of people who own firearms are suspicious of our own government. Their position seems to be that our government remains armed to the teeth, while taking no further steps to check power, and wanting to disarm the civilian population of weapons suitable for fighting. Given that, I can understand WHY so many people are against the idea.
Our federal and state governments could solve that problem, easily, within a month, by enacting simple legislation that further checks that power, WITHOUT losing any of it’s capability to defend this country.
Problem is politicians don’t want to hear it because it WOULD reduce THEIR power.
3ºThe kids don't deserve this, but the country as a whole is getting what it deserves.
We've allowed a gross gun culture to rise, and we've assured everyone it's okay because the right to bare arms is supposedly oh-so sacred to us as it appeared early in a document that was written before the advent of all the insane weapons invented since.
Maybe after the next civil war--provided the correct side wins--the country can revisit the U.S. Constitution, rewrite in clearer, more definitive terms what the 2A is supposed to be about. Short of such a development, I don't see how we can get out of this cycle of stupidly accepted and senseless violence.
In other words, things will have to get worse before they get better.
4ºMaria Tiger the U.S. has the most gun violence of any developed nation, and access to guns increases over time. There were 45,000 gun deaths in America in 2020, compared to 9 in Japan, a country that has all of the requirements I mentioned.
Unfortunately, laws must be written for the exceptions, not the "99.9%" (which I'm not sure is an actual statistic).
We could make owning an operational tank legal, and I'm sure most people would just be collectors, but it's illegal in order to prevent the devastation that can be caused by one or a few bad people.

You have to have training to get a drivers license, drive commercial trucks, drive a motorcycle, operate a fork lift, operate heavy equipment, fly a plane and countless other things that could be dangerous without responsible training. Why not guns? They are equally as dangerous and easily accessed.
Would this fix all gun violence problems? Of course not. But if it solves one small part of the problem and lives were saved, why would any reasonable person object to being educated before owning one?

You're not smart enough to realize more crimes rapes and murders are stopped every year by law abiding citizens with firearms but no less than 15000 murders every year committed with firearms in which over 90% are done by repeat criminals and only liberal freaks so the ones who are dumb. A lot of these problems wouldn’t exist if the rich were taxed and wages allowed people to live decent lives… notice how there is little crime in middle class neighborhoods. A lot of violence would stop if needs were met.
Easy access to guns is a problem. The mention criminals but most of the shootings lately have come from people LEGALLY purchasing weapons with no training, no psych evals, no mandatory safe laws, no annual LEO checks for make model, registration, and location or any number of methods to make gun ownership more accountable and WELL REGULATED.
Good guys with guns are the problem right now.
10ºEboni C Tyler the story doesn't say he got out of his vehicle and followed them and then shot them. If that happened, he's obviously in the wrong. If the video shows shows that the girl backed away with her hands up to diffuse the situation, he's in the wrong. But if she was on her way into his vehicle when he shot, justified. Sorry, but that's the way I see it (I believe the law does as well). Like I said, all he knows is someone just parked beside the vehicle he's in and is now attempting to come inside without the right to do so.
