1ºMishell Oz , a young man with a concealed weapon at the mall by my house shot and stopped a person who was shooting people in the food court. The young man saw the active shooter, braced himself against a column, and shot the shooter. He saved so many people that day. He was trained by his dad and grandad how to shoot well.
Lots of trained military personnel could take out an active shooter also. The key is training, how to fire, when to fire, and when not to fire.
The problem we face is that we currently have a culture in America in which young men and women behave like gangsters in rap songs and violent movies. It is tragic and it is the true elephant in the room that no one wants to talk about because it means taking a good look at single motherhood, lack of stable two parent families, lack of responsible dads, music culture, peer pressure, violence in movies and TV, and so on.
2ºChristopher Mwansa It is also serious that the government ruled years ago that the police have no duty to protect citizens but you never hear any of the politicians or lawmakers. Make mention of that even when police are involved in just standing around during shootings.

As a member of the blk community myself , this is a daily mess in said community everybody at the party saw who did this and know why , yet no one there cooperated ! because I guess blks / killing other blks is ok with us ! a blk man has a 99% chance of being killed by another blk man in the USA blk men are also toe tagging blk women at the rate of one every 5 hours and blk kids . Notice no marching , no BLM , No lawyer Crum , no pimp Sharpton , no pimp Jackson, no law suits ! No white man is doing this no police is doing this and the hood looks like 3rd world nation because said blk males doing the same . Until we as people admit to confront and hold our own accountable this will keep happening .
