The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office and the GOP-led House Judiciary Committee have settled a court dispute where the prosecutor’s office tried to block congressional testimony from former prosecutor Mark Pomerantz, according to a new court filing.

It’s not much, but we have been donating $200 a week to President Trump. Our new goal after the FBI raid is $350 a week. A lot of us are doing whatever it takes to help President Trump. We are car pooling and cutting back on food and other essentials. I saw a young child donating his allowance for a whole month and with tears in his eyes Malik wished he could give more. He said he’s going to do more around the house to earn extra money. God Bless President Trump and that young patriot. We salute you Malik!

Laughing, like, or love emoji if you agree we should all support President Trump! Mad emoji if you’re angry more people don’t see it this way.

This testimony from Pomerantz will not go well for RepubliQans and extremist joke Jim Jordan. Pomerantz wanted to indict Trump, and resigned when Bragg was holding back for more evidence.
All joke Jimmy boy is looking for here is some tidbit that he can exploit into a fake outrage that has no legal bearing in the real world, but it makes for a good new MAGA slogan.
Isn’t it just fitting and ironic that Jim Jordan was an accomplice and co-conspirator for Trump’s attempted coup, and he now leads an investigation into the justice system?
CONFLICT OF CONVICT INTEREST. Jim should be indicted with Trump, in upcoming cases.

Millie Firstborn 1.....the US justice system is based on presumption of innocence, the accused doesn't have to prove such. Perhaps you are not from the US, but in Russia...or China where that's not the case?

And....in Braggs caselets not forget, as DA, he has dropped over 50% of felony cased or reduced them, even for violent crimes, yet in Trumps case... he had to go against every norm of the Justice system in creating a stacked charged.....based on an alleged attempt to xommit another crime of intent, though that alleged crime is outside the statutes of limitations, and only then can create a felony charge. No other prosecutor interviewed by numerous networks said they would ever do such a thing. But Bragg campaigned on "getting Trump", exposing his bias and actually disqualifying himself from prosecuting the case, as even the DA must abide by the basic standards of the US Justice System.

Dave Messier This is an ongoing investigation. He can talk to him after the trial is over. Jordan is trying to save his bog who he has been on his knees for several years. The reason they are all trying to interfere is that they are all involved. Trump wants loyalty but he doesn't give it. If he gets convicted, he will talk. They will all go down with him. The ex prosecutor needs to take the 5th. It's none of Jordan's business what the DA has on the orange nightmare. That is why he is doing this. To get information.

This is so asinine. The name on the case file says it all: “The People of the State of New York against Donald J. Trump”. It’s an indictment by the Grand Jury of the County of New York which accuses Trump for falsifying business records in the first degree. Bottom line, this is a New York State thing, not a federal thing, to judge whether or not Trump broke NY law. But apparently, neither that nor the statutes of the 10th amendment appears to sway the Trump faction pack in the house from seeking to interfere. And on what grounds? That the DA is “political motivated” to go after Trump? The utter absurdity in investigating “political motives” is truly beyond belief. For example, take the judge, ruling in favor of the Trump faction, who just so happened to have been picked by Trump. How is she (much like her twin in Florida) not politically motivated in her ruling? Trump’s faction in congress… how in the hell are they not politically motivated? Why not go after the Grand Jury, who authorized the case to be moved forward, and investigate them as well? My guess is, each person in this nation who has voted had some engrain political motivation in their selection. So yeah, the very idea to waste more tax payer money to investigate something as trivial as this is nuts. The only thing that should matter is whether or not Trump broke the law and provide both prosecutors and defense team ample opportunity to argue in front of a court. Politically motivated or not, Trump needs to be held accountable for it just like any Average Joe who most likely would not have a cult following to do his bidding.
