1ºGeorge Elliott You know I am not one bit surprised at the reaction some of you guys would have. How ever he got it I still feel we don’t pay our school teachers enough when they have the responsibility of guiding our most important commodity in the United States, our kids and I know he is probably a very hard worker and deserves to get where he’s at. I just think it’s crazy what our world has come to think an individual is worth, not just him, but the amount of money being spent on sports when there is so much wrong with our country that needs to be fixed ,again I’m just an old lady almost 82 who has worked out in the world all my life so I’m not a little stay at home, opinionated person. I have loved sports all my life and my kids have always enjoyed them and always well. They met in Kansas City (all three of them)from different states to be together for last night and today, but what I’m saying is I’m wasting my time talking to a person who just believes that that kind of money is not too much for anybody, that they deserve it,just a little hard for a person that came up the hard way to understand, but I’m glad he’s making good money. Hope he does something good with it, he will certainly have plenty.  Your reaction is about what I expected. Don’t know why I even put my thoughts down but I will always feel that teachers are underpaid for the responsibility they have for helping our kids. Have a good day. 
2ºGary Gorelick Yeah in his second year he did lead the league in touchdown passes but then every DC in the NFL had a full year of tape on him and figured out he can’t throw outside the numbers and you just blitz him. His touchdown passes went from 36 to 26 to 16 to 17 and his mvp year in 2019 was the only season he had 3,000 yards passing which basically all starting quarterbacks get every year and most are throwing 4,000 plus. Jimmy G is 40-17 as a starter do you think he is a top quarterback too?

4ºChris Baker My point was comparing them to a typical business. They are not managers. No one reports to them, they report to everyone else. They create the product that is sold to the public. If you want to get specific... ticket takers. Concession workers do not technically work for the Carolina Panthers, they work for Tepper industries (or what ever he calls it) if direct. If they work in the Bonjangles booth they work for Bojangles who pays Tepper for the space. Now is you work for a manufacturer and you are creating the product for the consumer... you are not likely making NFL money while upper management is making a ton of money. That is the comparison.
