1ºI am the travel coach for our family. I research locations; plane, train, subway routes; hotels vs AirBNB; outings - read reviews and pick one that fits us best; make the reservations for dinners and have a daily planned daily itinerary for every trip including maps and weather and what to bring for our activities. Everyone gets paper copies and screenshot for their phones to follow along. My family sometimes thinks it's too much but few times I haven't planned I get looked at like "what are we going to do?"
