2ºfor you people that doesn't know law or anything about sentencing guidelines listen up. he had. 3 cases in 3 different states. #1 new york found guilty sentence to 30yrs in which he does 85% of that. #2 Chicago sentence to 20yrs 19 yrs running concurrent, meaning running together with his 30yr new York sentence, except 1yr running consecutive, meaning after the new york sentence he would have do 1more yr. #3 Minnesota charges all dropped. so basically he has to served 85% of a 30yr sentence plus 1 yr, so basically he still have about 23-24 yrs, but if he can get rid of the new York sentence dropped or reduced, he would only have Chicago 20yr sentence and 85% of 20yrs is what? about 16yrs
