1ºI read the article and then went back to critically read the poem.y opinion, the district made a sensible decision.
First, they didn't ban or restrict the poem's availability, per the article. They assessed that this particular poem's content would be better suited for grades six thru eight, than it would be for grades k - 5. I agree with that. I don't see how kids under ten would get what the poem conveys. That said, like just about every other school library, the librarian probably wouldn't stop a younger kid from accessing that poem of the kid asked.
So, it's still there, in the same library but in a different section. It is not banned and likely not as restricted as the headline tries to convey.
It's a beautiful poem, certainly far more advanced tham I would anticipate a twelve year old would write. I do NOT agree with the initial parent's reason for the complaint, and it sounds like this parent is just starting trouble.
2º️At this point, when you see a claim like this you already know it’s false. The school moved the poem from the elementary to the middle school section, so naturally the national media jumped on it as “Florida school bans poem.”
️Buried in the reports you’ll see this quote from the school:
“No literature (books or poem) has been banned or removed. It was determined at the school that ‘The Hill We Climb’ is better suited for middle school students and, it was shelved in the middle school section of the media center. The book remains available in the media center”

Florham Park, NJ Police and the Morris County courts in New Jersey. These charges are fraud there is no evidence of Domestic Violence and a reason for psy testing. Quoreisha Redmond is a Probation officer and illegally acts as state prosecutor who has tried the case. This is one of the most egregious cases used to control, Falsified police report of a steak knife no evidence, no discovery, No evidence. Im asking for a through media investigation to take place false warrants have been placed in the system with false dates and charges and wrong Judges. 4 different cases under the same fake case full of lies just names to keep confusion. I have received no paperwork on any charges by Judge Marcy McMann I have attended all hearing via zoom. The Judge has infringed on my constitional rights and lied on all charges which is extremely egregious and outrageous Im asking for the Judge Marcy McMann license to be removed. An Investigation needs to place. Constant harassment by Morris County NJ courts and police including incarceration has taken place. I have asked the judge for a discovery and I quote she said "there is no discovery because its not criminal" There has been 4 different judges on the same case in 3 differents courts of Morristown NJ? On the TRO police said I came to property with a steak knife, NO EVIDENCE HAS APPEARED, false police report automatically proves this is a hoax. I asked the Judge where is the knife in question. If any steak knife appears, im asking for an examiner for latent finger print testing. Im asking for immediate assistance because of the Judge's bulling and threats.
