The streaming company is sending emails to all US subscribers who share passwords with people outside their household.

John Edward nope, what I'm saying is that college kids are not going to see the value of getting their own subscription while they have alternatives. Netflix apparently isn't putting out the content that drives them to spend their discretionary income on a separate subscription, thus once they leave college, many won't come back. You would think they would have an allowance for college kids whose parents have a subscription, it's not really that difficult, but they don't or choose not to. I have no issue paying for her subscription, but she doesn't see the value in paying extra for it when we already have a subscription. I've left it up to her on what she wants to spend for it l and she seems ready to walk.
