Companies want the right to be able to get rid of workers that show up late all the time or dont do their jobs putting the load on those who do their jobs. Unions protect worker who ate non workers. Look at our public school systems in some parts of the country where the teachers are unionized. Example 23 schools in Baltimore have zero students that are math proficient, yet, the teachers are protected by unions.
