3ºRussia blowing up the dam ,is their attempt to interfere with Ukraine counter offense . Putin and the Kremlins are scared that Ukraine could win the war. They are getting desperate. Also, Mr.Zelensky had previously ,warned at the beginning of the war that Putin may blow up the dam. I have no doubt this was Putin who ordered this. This is very dangerous for all those civilians ,but Putin could not careless about the civilians in Ukraine. Russia is blaming Ukraine ,but why would Ukraine ,kill their own civilians and cause huge problems with their own nuclear plants that could affect all of Europe. This could have been the work of the Wagner group with their land mines. Russia is totally irresponsible ,now I am concern Putin could use some arsenal weapons on the Ukrainian soldiers and civilians. May God stop Putin soon.
