It is true. There is a video of the ceo holding it and explaining how it operates. It is a PS4 controller but still just plain insanity. They got away with it once but then they had to keep doing it to make a dollar and it ultimately cost these people their lives. Greed. Common sense would tell you that this is something you research you do your research on for YEARS before you actually go and get on this and you ask every question there is to ask from more than one person and especially ask someone who is not an employee and that actually went on this so you could find out their experiences. I feel the man who had a near death experience in this thing (along with the others that were there with him) did these people a disservice by not speaking up about what happened to them. They got stuck on the propeller of the titanic and nearly did not make it back but that incident alone can tell you how small this thing is comparative to things in the ocean and how quickly something can just snag you into the wrong direction or the opposite and keep you stuck down there. I am not sure if they have to sign something saying they would not say anything negative about the experience but it would eat my conscious up knowing I did not warn people of the dangerous circumstances that I was under in this thing. Unfortunately the main person here at fault though is the CEO and I am sure many other employees for OceanGate who all knew the equipment could become faulty and that he did not do his due diligence in obtaining the proper equipment to withstand that kind of pressure. NOR did he have any sort of back of plan if anything were to ever happen in a situation where they were unable to make it back to the surface like Idk maybe a submersible (even though in this scenario it would not have done any good) with all the money they made off of these people and so many other reasons he failed these passengers although there were 7 different ways to float back to the top, there are so many things that easily could have happened that could prevent that from happened such as the event with the propeller. Even though they knew what they were signing up for and I am sure things were mentioned and questioned as far as some of the possibilities that could happen but based of the videos I have watched of him saying how safe his creations were, I am sure he gaslight them into believing that “oh they have done it so many times before and this is going to be just like any other time) so on and so fourth. It is unfortunate all the way around and I hate it so much that they all lost their lives this way. I am praying for their family and friends as I am sure they are completely devastated and distraught.

Here's a dark scenario that crossed my mind regarding this submersible full of rich clods that is missing. According to the Coast Guard, it has likely run out of air, assuming it is still intact. But that also assumes that there were 5 people alive on board. If one or more people were to die, the air supply would last longer. Judging from what little information I've gleaned about the CEO of this company, who was one of the 5 people on board, and knowing that most super rich people are sociopaths, I think there's a decent chance that if the sub is still in tact, 2 or more people on board have been killed by the 1st person to realize they were stuck and could increase the chances of being rescued immensely by killing some or all of their fellow passengers...
