When the main evidence to investigate Trump was known to be a fake diary that the FBI admittedly knew was fake but still proceeded to go after Trump. When election denial was so high it took over congress for 2 years and millions of tax payer dollars.
Also just because the Durham report didnt charge anyone in the FBI, it doesnt mean it was failed. We got a lot of insight into establishment federal agencies being politically corrupted to act in a manner which was unjust but maybe not criminal.
