Ambulance people have been known to also not secure patients . I had that happen to me. Lucky I got to the hospital ok. But I I fell, bat home. Broke my wrist. Called for an ambulance. This was like early morning. They said I dough you broke anything. Now I actually had fall . Don't remember hitting the floor. .just have passed it briefly. Jumped up holding my wrist. So I insisted they come. I managed to get my jeans on but could not snap them and untied sneakers . They came in walked me across the street , put me on the ambulance . No seat belt , on the side that I couldn't hang onto the pole beside cause it was my left broken wrist.. Tried to hang on across with my right hand. Nearly fell off the seat. They were driving fast too. I got in there. The nurse said would you like me to tie your sneakers. It is a wonder I didn't fall again walking or off the seat. I was in pain. It was broken. Cleanest break they had seen. At least I wasn't hurt like this poor guy.
