A father preparing to walk his daughter down the aisle and a young man who ran out for a snack were among those killed in the Philadelphia mass shooting

This weekend, Ralph Moralis should have been walking his daughter down the aisle. Instead, he was one of five people killed in this week’s shooting in Philly. His cousin, 2022 CNN Hero Tyrique Glasgow talks about serving his community through tragedy.

Steve Cheney Steve not for either side this is no time for politics .. but both sides are just as responsible as the other both side greedy. We need change on both sides( both) these are our people dying in the streets I’m from Philly it’s sad but this is all over the place. Until we stop finger pointing it’s left it’s right nothing will change( nothing) the blame remains the same.it’s gonna take unity work from all of us to make changes for all the people not just some. I don’t believe it’s the Bible playing out I believe there’s some one who wants us to think it. We all need to make a change one person at a time it can happen . It will happen if we try . We have to try. You have an amazing day stay safe

Philadelphia’s Larry Krasner (backed with nearly $1.5 million from Soros) dropped charges on more than 60% of shooting cases and 37% of illegal firearms cases in the two years after taking office in 2018. Not coincidentally, shootings and homicides have spiked since then. In 2020, Philadelphia prosecuted the lowest number of felony cases in 30 years — even though the city saw 499 homicides, more than New York has with five times the population. For reference, there were 351 homicides the year he took office. The city saw a record 562 homicides in 2021, and a slight decline to 516 in 2022, still much higher than when he took office.

I really love how the prosecutor stands up at that podium acting like he gives two 's about who owned that little bike when HE, chooses to NOT prosecute these pos criminals and gives them slap on the wrist for their crimes. He has HIMSELF to blame..not the gun not anyone law abiding citizen. This POS that did the shooting was mentally ill and had a rap sheet a mile long. So please, stop with telling people you care and want things done when he, HIMSELF, is one of the biggest reasons why this has been happening. It's too easy for him to blame the guns though
