1º#/Por esas vicisitudes de la vida y analizando el conflicto bélico entre Ucrania y Rusia, me doy cuenta, y se podría dar cuenta cualquier persona a cualquier edad y con cualquier conocimiento, que hay un bando que tiene más problemas que el otro, y en un bando es uno solo y en el otro, 50. ¿Por qué?
En el bando del "solitario", el mando único que aplica sin problema, los planes políticos, militares, económicos, sociales, internacionales, diplomáticos, se desarrollan en el marco de su estrategia. Los del otro bando, corren detrás del bando del "solitario".
En un bando, está el que da, y en el otro, el que recibe, un bando ha perdido el 20% de su territorio, el otro, obviamente, lo ha ganado, el del bando de los que van ganando, se hicieron hace 9 años del 4% del territorio del bando que los 50 (que van perdiendo) y no tiraron un solo tiro, nada. La que era a la época, lean bien, a la época, la República Autónoma de Crimea, decidió con una referendo, solicitar la unión a la federación rusa. Punto y aparte. No hubo guerra, la frontera era la que eres hasta el 24 de febrero 2022.
¿Por qué habrían de atacar Crimea, los del bando perdedor, al bando ganador, si cuando estaban a CERO km de la frontera, ni un hollejo lanzaron?, hoy a más de 200 kms, sueñan con hacer lo que no hicieron a 0 km. Seamos serios, por favor.
En el bando perdedor no hay nadie serio, nadie, ni político, ni militar, ni diplomático, ni periodista, ni medios, ni capitales, ni países, ni ejércitos, ni coaliciones de ejércitos, nada, absolutamente nada, una verdadera bolsa de gatos. Hoy el gato mayor ha llegado a Europa, no va a poner orden, sabe que aquello no es posible, va a imponer su criterio mediante hechos, trata de dar una especie de "leadership" imprescindible, cosa que no logrará.
Dos son las razones más importantes, en primer lugar, en el terreno, los ucranianos no tienen capacidades para revertir absolutamente nada. Personalmente, creo que los rusos ya irán preparando las condiciones para una campaña al suroeste, con miras a la niña de sus ojos, Odessa, y lo harán con tanto esmero, que la preocupación principal de los ucranianos no será Odessa, sino Kharkiv. Si hay algo que temen los ucranianos por sobre toda las cosas, es que caiga Kharkiv.
Pero Biden, no está mirando ni Odessa, ni Kharkiv, sino Sudáfrica y el BRICS. Si se materializa, cuestión que tiene todos los indicadores de que será posible, el anuncio de una nueva moneda, y que el Nuevo Banco del Desarrollo, ingresan capitales de los nuevos entrantes, se podría lograr un banco con los recursos del FMI, Banco Mundial y Banco Interamericano del Desarrollo, en un solo banco, que estará compuesto y dirigido por países del multilateralismo y todos lejos de occidente colectivo (eso que usurparon el nombre de comunidad internacional). Y eso, será una de las batallas mundiales más grandes entre el norte y el sur.
Entonces el bando del malo, le da galletazos el tonto útil (Kiev), pero en la cancha chica (que mide 603.200 km2), y le está maleando el pica'o en la cancha grande, que es enorme. Siga las fechas, ofensivas, contraofensivas, cumbres, OTAN, BRICS, etc, etc, etc. Y luego analice con detenimiento lo que les vengo diciendo desde el día 1. Los rusos planificaron esto hace mucho, pero mucho rato, hoy es un día especial, ha comenzado el día 1, de los segundos 500 de días de guerra. Este conflicto no durá 1.000 días, digamos que comienza en segundo tiempo. Con la salvedad, que en cualquiera de los siguientes 500 días, se pone punto final al match.
Yo creo comprender por dónde llegará la deserción final y definitiva, y como siempre, todos seguirán, serán los EEUU, cuando en sus cuentas, observe, y pienso que ya lo hicieron, entre la distancia, por dinámica y tendencia, entre los EEUU y China, en los últimos 500 días. Estoy seguro que ya alguien les hizo llegar el informe correspondiente. Y eso, aunque sea secreto, por ahora, determinará una decisión de parte de los EEUU. Pero sus ojos, están puesto hoy, más en Pretoria, Sudáfrica, que en Kiev, Ucrania. Que entre nosotros, siempre fue un fusible.
