People have been begging and pleading for YEARS for this law to be repealed so negligent doctors and hospitals in Florida are held accountable in any and every way possible.
My daughter did not deserve to lose her life to such horrific negligence at HCA Florida Osceola Hospital, and she most definitely did not deserve to be classified as a "Free Kill" so "medical malpractice premiums for doctors and hospitals in Florida affordable", at the expense of discarding human lives. This law denies equal access to Florida's judicial system to hold those responsible accountable.
