Cris Bee The subject of who uses which restrooms is a double edge sword. I am reminded of an individual who graduated from high school nearly half a century ago, as a male, before beginning a new life as a person of the opposite gender. In the 50 years that have elapsed since that individual's graduation, this person has been virtually indistinguishable from the typical female population. Had they used male restrooms, it would have been a certain guarantee to cause a commotion and a disruption of the norms of society. Rather, this person has spent their entire life working and paying taxes, and in that same period of time has somehow managed not to ruffle anybody's feathers. With the acknowledgement that such a lifestyle obviously isn't everybody's cup of tea, including mine, I am far more concerned about mass shooters, drunk drivers and those white collar criminals who would steal an elderly person's life savings away in a heartbeat, than whatever personal decision someone made 50 years prior.

Panic attacks can be scary and overwhelming, but there are steps you can take to manage them. Here are some tips to help you through a panic attack:

1. Breathe deeply: Take slow, deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. This can help slow down your heart rate and reduce feelings of anxiety.

2. Focus on your surroundings: Try to focus on your surroundings and identify things you can see, hear, smell, or touch. This can help you stay grounded and present in the moment.

3. Challenge negative thoughts: Panic attacks can often be triggered by negative thoughts or beliefs. Try to challenge these thoughts by reminding yourself that they are not based in reality.

4. Use coping statements: Repeat positive affirmations or coping statements to yourself, such as "I am safe" or "This will pass."

5. Seek support: If you're feeling overwhelmed, reach out to a trusted friend or family member for support. You can also consider speaking with a mental health professional for additional guidance.

Remember, panic attacks are treatable and you are not alone. With the right tools and support, you can learn to manage your symptoms and improve your overall well-being.

Schoolchildren take guns and go on a shooting spree killing innocent person's, their are several robberies by non pastors, Pastors like Billy Graham, T.D Jakes, Oral Roberts, Dereck Prince, Kenneth Copeland Kenneth Hagan, and many others have contributed to help raise American moral and ethics value and spirituality for generations. Today many of your are more interested in YOUR HUMAN RIGHTS as against facts that your human rights are just mundane with vast limitations within the whole ecosystem, when you get your rights too, for many it's rights for indiscipline, irresponsibility which leads to depression mental health issues, of which the West has alot of such people , which is the under lying cause for such wickedness towards humanity

Myroslav Lukach Some religions instruct the members of their flock to abstain from the use of alcohol while other religions ban their members from participating in political activities which even includes the act of voting. I absolutely agree with you that it would be a violation of those individual's religious rights if society were to make an ill advised attempt to force them to consume alcohol or to force people to vote, when their religion expressly instructs them not to do so. Conversely, you and I are not infringing upon those same individual's religious rights in anyway if we enjoy a beer to celebrate the fact that we just cast our vote.
