1ºI'm not seeking unbiased opinion or political analysis, I just want the President of the United States to answer questions given to him instead of walking away or waiting for the issue in question has blown over. You must admit he walks away from the press, silent, more than he interacts with them. Simply reading from a teleprompter or note card without taking questions to explain the statement is not communicating to the American people. He has a right to say anything he wants as President, why doesn't the American people deserve an answer from him to their questions thru the press...any press?

Mr. Ernest Gittens, a 'respected' lawyer in Newfoundland and Labrador, was observed for approximately a one-year period. During this observation period, Mr. Gittens displayed high levels of emotion at inappropriate times. He was a petty tyrant and bully in the workplace. He also allowed bullying behaviour to persist in his workplace and appeared to actively encourage it. He verbally abused staff, at one point threatening to break an Articling Student’s arm if they continued to return with poorly drafted materials. He ignored serious workplace issues until they were at a critical point on several occasions, creating serious issues in the work place each time.
Mr. Gittens has knowingly broken the law. He has lied under oath. Mr. Gittens has allowed his personal opinions and emotions to interfere with the proper execution of a matter before the courts. This behaviour may have cost his client her remedy. He has displayed a poor memory and appears to blame his own mistakes on others habitually. He is an average lawyer in terms of his skills. However, his emotional behaviour in the workplace is concerning, especially as it has interfered with unrelated work matters.
The Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador are aware of the above and do nothing. The Law Societies in general protect instead of regulating bad lawyers according to my Ethics professor in law school.
