The Biden article doesn’t responsibly depict the magnitude of the homelessness problem, and why homelessness is exploding.

The CNN insurance article doesn’t even mention climate change/global warming - which is specifically why those companies are bailing, and doesn’t address the extraordinary danger people in the affected states face.
