1ºThere can be little doubt that more people would watch the debate if Trump is on the debate stage. So what Trump needs to think about is whether the advice he is getting from the very highest echelon at Fox News is advice that is serving their interests or his. Fox executives always have their eye on ratings. Nothing else matters to them. Trump's interests may not coincide with theirs. And his interests are not their top priority. Indeed, it is doubtful whether his interests are on their priority list at all.
And Fox certainly needs Trump more than Trump needs Fox. Trump is in the commanding and enviable position of having to decide whether he feels like going to the debate or not. He is miles ahead of the rest of the field. Trump will probably decide on the day of the debate, depending on whether he feels he got enough sleep the night before. That's the luxurious position in which this billionaire finds himself in the 2024 presidential race.
Every other Republican candidate is struggling. Did anyone see his former vice president Mike Pence on Martha MacCallum's show today? She asked him if he thinks he would make the debate stage, and he immediately started begging each of her viewers for a dollar. She was stunned. She was treating him with the utmost respect up until that point. And then her respect for him suddenly vanished. How can a woman of her pedigree respect a man after she sees him begging for a dollar?
Mike Pence lost Martha MacCallum's respect today. And he will never regain her respect. When you do something so low, so low that it causes Martha MacCallum to lose respect for you, you can be sure that she will not respect you ever again. That's just the way it is with women who occupy the very highest strata in our society.
Martha MacCallum is the paradigm of class and grace. She has set the standard for every woman who aspires to be graceful and dignified. She will spit on any man she sees begging for a dollar.
2ºTerry Brooks it’s no doubt all politicians are crooked, especially when they reach this level of being politicians. If President Biden did something wrong in his years as a politician get him too. No scratch off my back. However, Trump was a rookie and didn’t understand the rules of the game in his short 4 year political life as others who steal from the system gradually are career politicians. Trump went above and beyond with his criminality. What was Trump thinking especially since he had plans to run again calling Georgia to find him 11,780 votes to change the outcome, fake electors to change the outcome, placing Clark as AG to change the outcome, invited real electors to the Wh to change the outcome, attacked the Capitol to change the outcome which included death, destruction, injuries, and his base in prison because of his lie. All he did was damage his chances of winning, and sank his legacy in the toilet.
3ºHis lawyers first ammendment defense is a joke! If I say I wish my wife was dead that's bad but not illegal. If I then enjoin a group of folks to have her killed then THAT'S illegal! Trump may have believed, against all the evidence, that he won. But after multiple failed law suits and his own AG plus many others, telling him he lost to then go out the very next day and fire up his base with what he has now been told multiple times are lies! Delusion is only a defense if you can show you're mentally incompetent.

It was never about money in politics.
It was never about racism being we still have the War on Drugs that disproportionately puts black Americans in cages and Biden has already unilaterally bombed a brown country that didn’t attack us.
It was never about 15 crumbs an hour.

It was never about Medicare For All during a global pandemic and economic crater with millions losing access to healthcare.
It was never about ending Raytheon’s and Biden’s endless illegal wars.

Trust me, Hunter isn’t a priority and doesn’t need the peoples help. He has money, best of lawyers, and the son of the President. However, Trump isn’t so lucky. After hearing testimony from Trump administration that he handpicked, the trial of the century for crimes of the century committed by Trump will not be a dud. In fact the country, the world, will be glued to there TV watching trump get dragged over hot coals.

6ºThe burden is on the prosecution. And the question is, how do you actually prove this? What the indictment says is lots of people told Trump that the election wasn't stolen and that the challenge, the certification was invalid. Well, fine. I was one of those people saying that. But he had other people saying the opposite. He had attorneys, not a small number saying, ‘no, you can make these challenges. So the election was stolen. There is this evidence.’ Millions of Americans believe that. And so it's a weird indictment. The indictment says at the outset, as it must, that you are constitutionally protected in saying false things, including in an election. The Supreme Court has said that. It said in a case called Alvarez involving a politician who knew he was lying, and the court said this is still protected. But then basically, Smith does a 180 and says, ‘but not here because Trump was told it was a lie.’ Well, that doesn't make any sense.
7ºJesse Morrell Trump will still campaign way more than Biden. Biden can barely get through a sentence even with a teleprompter. Everyone knows the economy is garbage, there are refugees sleeping all over Manhattan cause of Bidens open borders. Gas prices, mortgage rates. It wont be as hard as one may think for Trump especially when you see a cognitive failing President unable to speak or get things wrong like how he said Russia is winning the war with Iraq.
