In 2016, federal prosecutors announced they would not pursue a second case against McDonnell after the Chief Justice John Roberts-led unanimous ruling vacating the conviction. McDonnell had been accused of accepting luxury gifts from a businessman in exchange for promoting a supplement he was hawking.
In vacating McDonnell's conviction, the Supreme Court ruled that setting up a meeting or organizing an event – without doing more – isn't considered an "official act," as charged by the Justice Department, where at the time the Public Integrity Section was run by Smith.

1. Devon Archer confirmed Joe was on 20+ phone calls with Hunter's corrupt business partners. Some of the worst fraudsters at Burisma and many other companies. Joe lied about having nothing to do with Hunter's business dealings. This confirms that 100%.
2. It's confirmed Hunter was part owner with Devon Archer of Rosemont Seneca, the company where Yelena Baturina sent $3.5 dollars to. Prior to her sending that money, they all had dinner with Joe Biden. Later on, Baturina was removed from the Russian Sanctions list. Coincidence? I believe that $3.5M helped erase her name from the list.
3. Devon Archer confirmed that Hunter and Burisma board members called DC because a pesky prosecutor named Viktor Sjokin was investigating the fraud at Burisma, and they needed this to go away. Shortly after that call to DC, Joe Biden flew to the Ukraine and had him fired then bragged about it on TV, saying that he would hold back 1 Billion dollars if the guy wasn't fired. At the time the media spun that Shokin wasn't investigating corruption well enough so he had to go. We know for sure now it was because that corruption was actually Burisma.

C) They never discussed business. Again, very dumb. Joe goes to dinner with prominent corrupt board members and only talks about the weather? Business never comes up once? This is ridiculous to even ponder. Archer confirmed Hunter used his father for the Illusion of Influence. An illusion of influence is INFLUENCE when over 30 million dollars is sent to 20+ shell accounts when key Ukrainian prosectors are fired when Russian billionaires are taken off sanctions lists.

This is no surprise. It's payback for House Republicans going after President Biden on possible bribery charges. The Democrats have coordinated the legal attacks on Trump - informally of course, no fingerprints - and just a few minutes after Smith's latest, New York Attorney General Leticia James announced she's ready to charge the Trump organization with fraud in a civil case.
Fulton County, Georgia will be next.
Not since Abraham Lincoln suspended Habeas Corpus in 1862 has the federal government flexed so much political power. The progressive movement is sending a message: Leave Joe Biden alone or we'll destroy the GOP entirely.
All of this is brutal for the American people, who are becoming more polarized by the hour. The Justice Department can indict anyone. It took a ridiculous two and a half years to bring this latest case.
There is a chance of mutual destruction here; that both Biden and Trump get knocked out. And I do expect the Supreme Court to enter the fracas down the road.
In the meantime, people on both sides will wind up ruined. And America as we once knew it, is rapidly disappearing.
