American history carries the savage stain of systemic racism and America will carry this albatross around her neck as a legacy down through the epochs of time.

This is why today, although blacks make up more than 14% of the population, they hold less than 4% of the wealth.

This may take decades to overcome.

Here are some examples of systemic racism pulled from the annuals of American history: “Colored people have to ride in the back of the bus”. “Negroes are not allowed to eat with white people”. “Colored drinking water fountain only”. “This restroom is not for colored people”. “The Negro does not have the right to vote”. “We don’t hire colored’s”. “Colored people are not allowed to live in this neighborhood”. “Segregation and not equal for the Negro”. “Colored only car”.

Before 1965 any violation of such ordinances or statutes by American Africans (so-called black people) could have resulted in severe punishment, or possibly even death.

Once the rule of Law in the American government infrastructure, systemic racism was slowly eliminated over time as standing law in the U.S. due to the following historical events and social manifestations: the U.S. Civil War, the political and social efforts of American African and American European progressive groups to remove Jim Crow laws that begin to materialize around the country after the U.S. Civil War, the tiring efforts of the American Africans use of unrelenting protest movements for freedom and equal citizenship rights, the emergence of American African political and social splinter groups for self- reliance, and by the American African’s efforts to achieve the power that derives from the right to vote in the U.S.

It is institutional racism that compels many law enforcement officers to see American Africans as less human than American Europeans and thus, the use of deadly force becomes justifiable even though less lethal force could have been an option to use to subdue the American African subject. It is institutional racism that compels many state and federal judges to impose a 30-year prison sentence on a convicted American African versus the 15-year sentence given to his American European counterpart for the same exact crime. It is institutional racism that makes many American Europeans that work in an HR capacity feel obliged to hire an American European over an American African even though the latter is more qualified with experience and technical skill sets. It is the institutional racism cultural paradigm of the American European that influences his social, political, and financial attitudes and are the core foundations of racism in America today.

Here are just a few examples that illustrate how our “history” is STILL a “current event”:

Tyler Sheilds CRT is only important to Democrats, because the party doesn't exist if it doesn't create victims. No child deserves to be taught that they are somehow less than equal to anyone. No child needs to be taught that they come from evil roots, and that they somehow inherited being labeled a racist. My 6 year old granddaughter doesn't even know what racism is. She doesn't know that she's supposed to look at her black and brown friends differently. What you are pushing is inherently racist to its core, and only looks to continue to divide our nation further apart. It was Republicans that stopped slavery. It was the Republicans that made the Civil Rights Act happen, fighting the Democratic party who fought to stop it. So perhaps you should take a course in history, that hasn't been "whitewashed" by the Democrats in an attempt to shed their racist roots.

Rainne Reynolds The electoral college explained for dummies :
You live on a street with 4 homes as part of an HOA, where every member of household is afforded a vote.

House 1 has 2 people living in it.
House 2 has 6 people living in it.
House 3 has 2 people living in it.
House 4 has 1 person living in it.

House 2 has requested to paint their house pink and remove parking restrictions on the street to allow more folks to come to their weekend parties. House 1, House 3, and House 4 have voted against it.

If this were an electoral college, House 2 would have been tough out of luck, as 3/4 of the neighborhood voted against it.

If this were a popular vote, based on members of household, House 2 would be able to have their request granted since only 5 people were able to vote against it.

The electoral college makes better sense for our country. The landscape is large and we cannot allow certain states, with a higher populous, to speak for the rest of the nation. Educational Point:
“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the REPUBLIC for which it stands....”

It does not say Democracy. We are a constitutional republic.

A Coalition.
Our rich Elite betters just can't grasp while all us working class peasants won't give Biden credit for destroying our economic lives. Maybe if they actually looked at the how much prices have gone up under this corrupt fraud they'd have a clue.
Bidenomics is a disaster. "The rating downgrade of the United States reflects the expected fiscal deterioration over the next three years, a high and growing general government debt burden," Fitch said Tuesday.
It's very simple: if you're a conservative, Biden's political weaponized DOJ will ferociously attack you and seek to imprison you. Yet if you're, say, Hunter Biden, you'll get syrupy sweetheart plea deals offered and handled with kid gloves.

Tyler Sheilds who's "we" ? Aren't you the same "we" that can't sort out gender and think men can have babies? Sorry, but with that insanity you've lost every ounce of credibility. And in case you've noticed, public schools are losing students to private and charter schools at record rates nationwide. Eventually you'll run out of children to ruin with your indoctrination. But hey, go ahead and teach your kids that they're racists. We'll teach our children of all races that they aren't inherently a victim, and that they're not inherently dumber than other kids. After all, you need to keep them down and dependent on the Democrats. The Democrats cease to exist without victims and slaves.

I’m pretty confident that that word “liberty” doesn’t mean what they think it means.

Liberty is a concept that refers to the state of being free from oppressive restrictions, control, or domination. It encompasses the idea of individual autonomy, allowing individuals to exercise their rights and make choices without undue interference or coercion from external forces, such as governments or authoritarian systems. Liberty often includes fundamental rights and freedoms, such as freedom of speech, expression, assembly, and the pursuit of happiness. It is a foundational principle in many democratic societies, emphasizing the importance of personal freedom and the protection of civil liberties.

Just the EXACT opposite of what this bigoted hate group is about.

Dave Donaldson It’s specifically the vagueness that comes with the ban. “The Temecula Valley Unified School District’s implementation of Resolution 21 bans anyone in the district from teaching critical race theory and “doctrines derived from Critical Race Theory,” the resolution says.

The lawsuit says the “vague resolution ‘hinders Temecula educators’ ability to teach State-mandated content standards, prepare for the coming academic year, and support rather than stifle student inquiry.’”

It’s that “doctrines derived from” that causes problems for teachers. No high school teacher (outside of your AP and maybe honors level courses) would ever actually mention CRT. But the framework for how to discus our history is certainly derived from CRT. So it does affect schools and student’s education.

Another great CRT explanation.

400 years ago white people brought Black people over here and enslaved them. And sold them. And treated them as less than human. For 250 years. While white men built the country and created its laws and its systems of government. While 10, 15 generations of white families got to grow and flourish and make choices that could make their lives better.
And then 150 years ago white people "freed" Black people from slavery. But then angry white people created laws that made it impossible for them to vote. Or to own land. Or to have the same rights as white people. And even erected monuments glorifying people who actively had fought to keep them enslaved. All while another 5, 10 generations of white families got to grow and accumulate wealth and gain land and get an education.
And then 60 years ago we made it "legal" for Black people to vote, and to be "free" from discrimination. But angry white people still fought to keep schools segregated. And closed off neighborhoods to white people only. And made it harder for Black people to get bank loans, or get quality education or health care, or to (gasp) marry a white person. All while another 2-3 generations of white families got to grow and pass their wealth down to their children and their children's children.
And then we entered an age where we had the technology to make PUBLIC the things that were already happening in private-- the beatings, the stop and frisk laws, the unequal distribution of justice, the police brutality (police began in America as patrols designed to catch Black people fleeing slavery). And only now, after 400+ years and 20+ generations of a white head start, are white people STARTING to truly engage in a dialogue about what it means to be Black in this country.
White privilege doesn't mean you haven't suffered or struggled or worked hard. It doesn't mean white people are responsible for the sins of our ancestors. It doesn’t mean you can’t be proud of who you are. But it DOES mean that we need to acknowledge that the system our ancestors created is built FOR white people. It DOES mean that we aren't disadvantaged because of the color of our skin and it DOES mean that we owe it to our neighbors-- of all colors-- to acknowledge that and work to make our world more equitable.
